SEE4VB Version 3.0

The SMTP/POP3 Email Engine for Visual Basic (SEE4VB) consists of a Win16
DLL and a Win32 DLL that allows any Visual Basic or VBA program to send
and receive email over any TCP/IP network (such as the Internet), including
quoted-printable and BASE-64 MIME attachments.

NOTE: If you are upgrading from 2.1 or 2.2, please read RELEASE.TXT.

For a quick start, try running STATUS16 or STATUS32. The project files are
named STATUS16.MAK for VB 3.0 and STATUS32.MAK for VB 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0.
